Our puppies, here at  Yorkies by Cheri are part of our family! If you want an absolutely precious and exquisite new yorkie puppy, you are in the right place! Perfection is always worth a little more and we strive, at Yorkies by Cheri, to produce the best quality yorkshire terriers.

Please see OUR NEST.  We strive to produce gorgeous, healthy and companionable family pets and would love to help you find your perfect fit. Yorkies By Cheri is a little piece of land  just outside Gainesville, Texas.  You might say we have our own little piece of heaven. There is about 200 acres of family property that has been in the family for over 70 years. My father In Law gave all the children property to build their homes on.  Needless to say there are Smith families as far as the eye can see.  Our property is bordered by gorgeous Pecan trees.  Our back yard is shaded all summer long and there is a sweet breeze blowing across the back porch most evenings.

Here I raise my sweet little tiny Yorkies.  They are precious little creatures, oblivious to the fact that they are so small.  They love to bask in the sunshine and run with their faces to the wind in the cool spring time.  In winter they are content to lounge around with the family in the evening just napping around the fire until bedtime.

Our first and foremost consideration for breeding is the health of our pets and their offspring. We strive to produce a sweet tempered, intelligent pup bred to the standards set forth by their breed. All of our pups are home grown and nurtured from day one.

Beginning in 2017 we converted our breeding program to include RAW FEEDING.  I believe that is one of the best choices I have made for my sweet fur mamas        They are so much healthier.  More energy..............

Caring for their litter does not wear them down.  They even gain weight or keep their weight steady while caring for their babies.  My stud dogs have much more stamina than before and my Yorkies over all health is great..  They just seem so much happier and energized than before.  

THEY LOVE RAW!!      Their teeth and breath are so much better than before too.  I have added a page here listing the things I do to keep my Yorkies happy and healthy..  (All Natural Puppy Rearing)
